Hello, my name's Rhia and this is my website to help you lead hopefully a fitter way of life! 

 

A couple of years ago i was a size 18 and realised i wasn't in great shape so i decided to change how i ate and exercised and now i'm a size 8 and still improving!

 

For the past few months i've done tonnes of research on food, nutrition, health and exercise and also read lots of personal preferences on particular methods of diets and gym regimes.

 

I hope that this little web page will help you become wiser when it comes to food selection and training at the gym!
