The Fitter Way Of Life

 

Once i caught wind of a frozen dessert that was supposedly extremely healthy, sugar free and packed with 22g of protein, i did genuinely think 'pfft well that's either going to be really disgusting or has something extrmemely unhealthy hidden in there' 

 

So when i went to my local Holland&Barrett i decided to pick myself up a tub. After inspecting the tub and checking what was inside (force of habit) i noticed that it was actually only 118 calories for the vanilla flavour along with only 2g of saturated fat and carbs were kept to a low 5g per tub! 

 

Now i have to say, i wasn't expecting what i got when i tried the ice cream. I expected a rubbery texture with a boring bland natural flavour, and that was the complete opposite of what i got! 

The texture was smooth and creamy, whilst the flavour was as if i was having actual ice cream with all the added sugar and sweeteners!

 

I loved the frozen dessert so much i went back to Holland&Barrett the next day and bought another tub! 

 

I know myself that it's hard to find snacks and refreshing foods to eat that are healthy and won't get boring over time, but now i've had a taste of this beautiful dessert i can say that its a struggle to not have one most days!

Nothing naughty about this ice cream and theres rumours going around that the company are in the production of a new bigger version of the tiny tub to satisfy people who just can't get enough of this tasty treat!

 

You'll most commonly find WheyHey in any Holland&Barrett store that has a freezer but also find it most other fitness and nutrition shops.

 

I highly recommend everyone tries this tasty dessert!
