Now most supplement companies offer the same thing as eachother but claim to have the best powders. tablets and deals available on the market. so when i came across Vantage, i again thought that they were just another company offering the same old, same old...

So i went on their Twitter to check out some feedback from other customers and saw that everyone was buzzing over mainly their ProWhey especially the coconut flavour. By now i was rather intrigued so i tweeted asking if they minded sending me some samples so i could try out for myself.

Sure enough within a few days i recived some samples of a variety of flavours including strawberry, chcocolate, banana, COCONUT and if i remember correctly there was also mint chocolate included. I had one a day and have to say the flavours of strawberry, chocolate, banana and mint chocolate was very nice and i would happily purchase any of them again.(Yes even banana!) But the one flavour which not surprisingly was my favourite was the coconut! I am personally not a coconut fan but the flavour of this shake was incredible! I couldn't actually get it down me quick enough!

To say i was satisfied with the taste would be an understatement for all five flavours i tried.

Now, moving on to the important bit about the ProWhey!

In a one shake consumption which is 30g, it supplies you with 24g of protein, only 1.65g of carbs and 5.4g of BCAA's and is only 117 calories which makes this an ideal protein shake for lean muscle.

I've tried two other supplements from Vantage which are the BCAA's and the Creatine Monohydrates.

The BCAA's which came in a tub of 200 for £16.84 did make a huge difference to my aches and pains (DOMS) that i recieved.

I tend to only take BCAA's post-workout to help repair the torn muscle fibres that were caused during my workout and i have to say these tablets aided my recovery alot more!

My lifestyle means i'm constantly on the go and rest is quite rare unless i'm sleeping so to have a supplement which i know i could count on to make sure i can still work out the next day was great.

BCAA's also do two other things. One is to help protein synthesis which is why i take them after my workouts as i also consume 120g of protein.

The third thing BCAA's do is help promote lean muscle growth, which is ideal for the preventation of DOMS and also if your aiming to drop body fat.

The tablets were easy to take with water although i prefere to take them with milk.

I did also take Creatine Monohydrate from Vantage too whilst i was using the BCAA's which i also think aided my recovery and lean muscle growth.

The 250g tub i purchased was £6.49 (competitive) and i still have lots left even after a few weeks!

Creatine monohydrate is more for a boost if you're struggling with weights and your muscles are not withstanding alot of pressure. CM will gradually help endurance for resistance training and allround take your training up a level due to muscle stamina increasing and recovery time being quicker.

The CM from Vantage is easy to mix with water, milk, juice but I used it in my protein shake for convenience.

Although it took some time to take any effect on my body, it did eventually come into very good use as i started to notice I had the ability to go for more reps and lift heavier than ever before due to the new lean muscle that was being developed.

I'm still yet to try other supplements from Vantage, but from what i've seen so far, i can say i'm extremely impressed and would highly recommend to anybody.
