I stumbled across Sci-mx when searching for new supplement companies to try and i noticed they had very good recommendations for their protein duo bars and flapjacks.

 

So i decided to give them a go. I got my hands on the chocolate and hazelnut and yogurt and honey flapjacks and chocolate and orange, strawberry and cream and caramel and vanilla duo bars. 

 

Looking through the details of what was inside the bars and how much protein was actually in it, i was genuinely impressed. The duo bars contain 224 calories with a huge 20g of protein in each bar! And only 4g of saturated fat which is great if you're having a bit of a craving for something sweet, especially considering the duo bars were absolutely delicious and the flavours definitely complimented eachother!

 

After getting stuck into the duo bars over the course of a few days, i moved on to the flapjacks. I liked the look of the flavours as they also seemed to compliment eachother and look to help put off the craving of sugary food.

 

I have to admit shamefully, i devoured the first flapjack (yogurt and honey) in seconds it was that nice! And when i had the chocolate and hazelnut a couple of days later, the same thing happened again!

 

The amazing flapjacks hold their own when it comes to challenging other protein bars as they are packed with a massive 21g of protein and only 3.4g of saturated fat which is measely considering the bar has 294 calories!
