Continental healthy recipe to enjoy!
Serves 2
Ingredients:
12oz canned tuna,
3 green onions,
1 large celery rib,
24 raw almonds,
1tsp olive oil,
1tsp rice vinegar,
2 tsp soy sauce,
5 drops sesame oil
Instructions:
1. Drain the Tuna and break up the tuna into chunks then place in a bowl
2. Place almonds in a skillet and toast over a low heat until fragrant
3. Finely chop both the celery and onions and then add to tuna
4. Drizzle tuna mixture with olive oil and toss
5. Add the soy sauce, rice vinegar and sesame oil
6. Mix thoroughly
7. Eat!
