Ingredients:

 

2 cups frozen raspberries

2 cups greek yogurt

1.5 ounces 85% dark chocolate

2 tsp honey

1/4 cup almonds

1/4 sunflower/pumpkin seeds

1.2 scoop chocolate whey protein

 

 

Instructions:

 

 

1. Melt the chocolate either in the microwave or on top of the stove using a double boiler

2. Combine the protein powder, yogurt, almonds, seeds, honey and dark chocolate

3. Top with raspberries

4. Place in the fridge to chill for 30 minutes

5. Take out and enjoy!
