One way people ALWAYS go wrong when it comes to losing weight is not selecting the right food!

Lots of people go on the WeightWatchers diets or the SlimmersWorld diets and are doing their body more harm than good!

 

These sort of companies incourage people to resrict calories and also use their own brand of food which- yes is low in calories but usually has tonnes of sugar in the product to make up for the crappy taste it would have otherwise. 

 

If you want to lose weight, why waste tonnes of money on WeightWatchers etc?! You can simply go to the supermarket and look at the food labels and discover for yourself what is and isn't healthy! STOP BEING LAZY!

 

It's easy. 

 

Look at it this way, WeightWatchers encourage you to resrict calories and swap high caloried food for low calories food. Well tell me, if 3 digestive biscuits were 180 calories which makes them bad for you for obvious reasons as well as calories... Does that make a piece of chicken breast which is also 180 calories bad for you?! NO!!!!!!!!!!!

 

DON'T JUST LOOK AT CALORIES!!!

 

I'm a size 8 and i am eating well over 2000 calories a day!

Look at the saturated fat and sugar content then make your choice!

 

Top healthy food:

Avocados,

Salmon,

Turkey breast,

Chicken breats,

Sweet potato,

Basmati rice,

Greek Yogurt,

Cottage Cheese,

Wholemeal bagel,

Coconut oil,

Beef dripping,

Broccoli,

Spinach,

Kale,

Asparagus,

Quinoa,

Tuna,

Steak
