3 egg whites
1/4 cup oat flour
2 scoops vanilla whey protein powder
1 tsp applesauce
1 tsp honey
dash cinnamon
Instructions:
1. Whisk all ingredients in a bowl
2. Spoon batter into a pre-heated waffle iron
3. Cook until golden brown and serve with some fruit!
