When i was a size 18 i ate take aways and chocolate without even thinking about all the sugar and satruated fat  that was in that food, then when i decided to lose some weight i exercised and cut down calories to about 900 a day! 

I was low on energy and as a result of minimal food, my metabolism slowed down.

 

I never did any research when it came to cutting calories etc so i never realised the harm i was causing my body. It wasn't until i started researching, spending hours reading other's blogs and looking at facts that i realised that what i actually needed to do was to changed my food intake, up my calorie consumption and learn to cook!

 

Whilst i was on 900 calories a day and still eating crap to make up those 900 calories, i was stuck at a size 12/14, once i changed the rubbish for healthy food i dropped down to a size 8.
