Here's a variety of different smoothie recipes that will help get in your daily macros

 

Banana+Rasperry+Strawberry+Spinach

 

1 large banana,                                          

Handful of raspberries,

7-9 strawberries,

100g Spinach,

4 ice cubes.

2 tsp honey

100ml milk/water

Mix in a blender and enjoy!

 

Breakfast Smoothie

 

1 cup rolled oats,

1 large banana,

100g Kale/Spinach

Handful of blueberries,

Handful of raspberries

4 ice cubes,

2 tsp honey,

100ml milk/water

Mix in a blender and enjoy!

 

Protein Smoothie

 

1 large banana,

2 tsp of peanut butter,

1 scoop of protein powder,

1 scoop of greek yogurt,,

100g spinach/kale,

100ml milk/water

Mix in a blender and enjoy!

1/3 designated coconut,

1/3 pinapple,

100g spinach/kale,

1 kiwi,

1/2 orange

4 ice cubes,

100ml milk/water
