After i received my plan through from Ben which included supplements, food and exercise information i have to admit i was really excited to try it all out!

 

I thoroughly enjoyed my first week on the plan. Don't get me wrong, there was some tough times within that week, cravings and getting used to the adaptation of the specified recipes that specifically helps burn fat. 

 

My favourite meals so far have been the turkey bacon omlette which looks like a mountain of food! And also i'm enjoying my bagel in the morning which is super tasty. 

 

Before getting ideas about what i'm eating from this plan, you'll have to bare in mind that the food that's been assigned to me for the next 12 weeks are specifically designed for me and how my body functions. Ben took great care into looking at how my daily routine goes and what i do including all my footballing.

 

One rule of the MacroMagicPlan is to weigh myself weekly for the first 4 weeks and after one week of being on the plan and eating twice the amount of food i usually eat, i lost a solid pound which is rock solid and a great way to start according to Ben.
