This simple recipe serves for two people.
Ingredients;
7 large egg whites,
2 large whole eggs,
2 raw onions diced,
3oz raw ground turkey,
2 cups chopped peppers,
1 cup canned kidney beans (drained),
1 cup raw mushrooms (sliced),
3tsp olive oil,
1 dash ground black pepper,
1 tsp hot sauce/ flavoured sauce,
3 cloves raw garlic (minced)
1 tsp worcestershire sauce
Instructions:
1. Saute turkey, vegetables and spices in a non stick skillet with 1 tsp of olive oil unitl tender.
2. In a mixing bowl, whip all the eggs together
3. Pre heat 2 tsp of the olive oil in a second skillet, then add 1/4 of the egg mixture and cook until omelette is formed
4. Do this until 4 omelettes are made.
5. Place one omelette on a plate, top with half of the turkey mixture then place a second omelette on top to form a sandwich
6. Repeat to form a second sandwich.
