A yummy recipe that'll help curve your cravings throughout the day!

 

 

Serves 8

Ingredients:

 

2 ripe bananas,

1 tsp cinnamon,

2 tsp unsweetened cocoa powder,

2 large egg whites,

1 large egg whole,

4oz semi skimmed milk,

2 1/3 cups rolled oats,

1 tsp olive oil,

1 scoop of chocolate flavoured whey protein

 

Instructions:

 

1. Mix all ingredients in a large mixing bowl

2. Pour into a non-stick cake pan,

3. Bake at 300F for 25 minutes or until mixture is firm

4.. Leave to cool

5. Cut into 8 bars

6. Enjoy!
