There are numerous reasons as for why I created this website. When I first started my journey of losing weight, i never really had any guidience as to what to do, how to do it, how long it would take etc...
And because of that, i started off doing it the wrong way. Yes, i went to the gym, but i still ate rubbish which helped me shift a little weight but not alot.
I then reduced calorie intake to around 900 a day but those 900 calories were still full of bad crap, a result of doing this was barely and weight shifting and becoming unhealthy!
It wasn't until i came across a couple of websites(See bottom of this blog) who were full of information for people like me that i actually realised what i was doing wrong. After a couple of months of researching, trial and testing numerous different gym routines, techniques, diets, foods and supplements, i can say now i am happy with what i am doing, but still got a long way to go yet.
From this personal experience i know how tough it is to lose weight without having to fork out on lots of personal training sessions and buying useless products that won't help one bit, so this is why i chose to make this website, to help people who have gone through the same sort of experience as me and still need a bit of help with either their diet, knowledge or gym routines.
